人α和γ干扰素联合应用的抗病毒协同作用

  • 采用病毒产量减少试验,在A_(540)细胞上观察α和γ干扰素联合应用的抗病毒协同作用。结果表明:协同倍数为5-16倍;协同作用由干扰素本身的性质所决定,与其它成分无关;α干扰素不能促使γ干扰素加快透生抗病毒状态的建立;故认为协同作用的产生与两型干扰素的细胞受体不同以及抗病毒的生化途径不同有关。
