蓖麻蚕核型多角体碱性蛋白酶的分离与性质

  • 本文证明在蓖麻蚕核多角体中也存在着碱性蛋白酶,该酶在Na_2CO_3碱性溶液中能使多角体蛋白质降解,最适pH为1112,最适温度约为40℃,在60℃以上严重失活,重金属Hg~(+2),Cu~(+2)离子对酶活性有较强的抑制作用,而Na~+,Mg~(+2)离子影响不大。本文采用ConA-Sepharose亲和层折一步分离了蓖麻蚕核多角体碱性蛋白酶,简化了分离过程。
